Does Facom Make Tools for My Job?
  • Facom offers a range of more than 10000 hand tools for industrial and automotive applications, as well as for the electrical, electronic, aeronautical and offshore industries, exceptions being electric and woodworking tools.

What Kind of Guarantee Do Facom Tools Have?
  • Facom manufactures and markets quality tools specified by professionals for intensive use. Which is why Facom has offered, for more than 40 years, a lifetime guarantee on most tools (limited to 20 years in Germany by law).
  • This guarantee applies to tools which have not been modified and been used under "normal conditions" suited to their design (check our catalogue for safety recommendations).
  • Tools covered by the guarantee will be either replaced or repaired as applicable (see categories on our price list available from Facom distributors.)
  • Pneumatic, electric and hydraulic tools are guaranteed for one year.
How Does the Guarantee Work?
  • Tools should be returned to your, or the nearest, Facom distributor (no other proof of purchase necessary), who will then decide if the guarantee is applicable and contact us for exchange or replacement.
