FACOM: in close contact with end users
Facom strives to ensure the closest possible contact with end-users.Currently over 100,000 visits a year are made directly to users' premises or to their workplace. 160 sales advisors and demonstration lorries travel the roads every day, listening to users, presenting, advising or undertaking trials of Facom tools.
There is a real exchange of ideas between Facom advisors and end-users: the advisors learn of users' needs, ensuring that the products supplied can be improved, whilst offering advice and information.
Various simple-to-use and effective aids are also made available to users to help them select the tools that are best suited to their needs: the complete and detailed F08 catalogue with over 350 advice and selection guides, a technical advice hotline, web-based selection and application guides, a dynamometric (torque) certification laboratory, a dedicated after-sales department, bespoke tools etc.
Facom is also represented by an extensive network of distributors in France and in over 100 countries.
