The Facom guarantee forms an integral part of the brand's commitment to its clients. It ensures complete satisfaction with Facom products.
In order to guarantee the quality of its products, for over 55 years Facom has provided free-of-charge replacement or repair for all of its products with no time limit*.
A specific system has been set up responsible for managing and monitoring returned products in order to ensure the most reactive response possible to client's demands:
- An initial reception of returned products by the network of distributors, who apply the Facom guarantee and ensure exchange from stock.
- Daily processing of returns within Facom, by a department comprising 18 staff whose sole responsibility is to ensure the application of the guarantee.
To ensure transparency and rapid exchange of information, clients can follow the state of progress of products returned for repair in real time through distributors or using an Extranet system.
